By far, this has been our most popular “single
subject” conference for the last five years. Over a
thousand gaming executives have gone through
this course and continue to send others from their
organizations year after year. It is an extremely
valuable training tool.
Raving believes that player development is
paramount to improving casino revenue and
passionately explores this topic with a “noholds-
barred” approach. And this year, we
have expanded the program by one day to give
attendees more hands-on learning opportunities

We are offering this conference twice in 2007
– in our hometown of Reno, Nevada, as well as at
Barona Valley Ranch Resort and Casino outside
of San Diego, California. Both conferences will
cover the same content but have some handson
exercises specific to the host property. The
conference will consist of an opening night
reception and assignment and three full days of
learning.
