Victor Rocha
Candid and controversial, Victor Rocha is one of the most influential Native Americans in the gaming industry. His website, Pechanga.net is read by thousands daily and is the most comprehensive aggregation of news articles in existence on Indian gaming. Victor is an enrolled member of the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians (owners and operators of Pechanga Resort and Casino). He is passionate about seeking and sharing information as a way to keep Native Americans abreast and forewarned about developments affecting their businesses, their relationships and their futures. He is a member of Inkompliant, a Native American classic rock and roll group that has gained a large following and performs regularly at NIGA and other gaming industry events.
