The power of shared knowledge.

Having trained and worked with thousands of casino team members – from senior management to frontline staff – we believe in the importance of ongoing education. Through our strategic alliance with University of Phoenix, training programs and conference participants can earn college elective credits. We are also proud to be a Lean Six Sigma trained organization.

Raving Ownership — Meet Deana and Brady Scott

Raving was incorporated in 1998 and quickly established itself as the leader in results-driven strategic marketing and guest service training. Our CEO, Deana Scott, along with her husband Brady Scott, an enrolled Coquille Tribal member, purchased Raving from gaming industry veteran and company founder, Dennis Conrad, on October 1, 2017.

Deana’s relationship with Raving began nearly twenty years ago as a repeat client, eventually joining the team as a consultant, prior to purchasing the company. With her vast marketing and operations background in the casino industry, Deana has expanded Raving’s reach and expertise to assist casinos in today’s ultra-competitive and technology-driven environment.

Dennis Conrad, President Emeritus of Raving

Dennis Conrad handed over the reins to the Scotts, after 20 years of building Raving’s trusted team of talented, dedicated and experienced professionals. Dennis is known in the industry for understanding what motivates the gaming customer and his passion for education and gaming.

Dennis has over four decades of experience in the gaming industry, having held a number of senior level positions in the past at Harrah’s Entertainment Inc. and Circus Circus Enterprises/Mandalay Resort Group.

He’s the author of “Conrad’s Corners: Observations on Casinos, Marketing and Life” (2004) and “Conrad on Casino Marketing” (2009), as well as a longtime marketing columnist for Casino Journal and he received Casino Journal’s Marketing Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015.
